• Maria Kilborn

    Maria Kilborn serves as Chief of Staff to Joth Ricci, where she thrives in a role that combines dynamic challenges with meaningful collaboration. Driven by a passion for outdoor experiential learning, leadership development, clear communication, and building strong organizational culture, Maria values the opportunity to work closely with some of the nation’s top leaders while fostering an extensive professional network.

    With over nine years of experience supporting the executive team at Dutch Bros, Maria has developed a deep expertise in organizational operations. She also brings more than 20 years of experience managing personal and family properties in Southern Oregon, further reflecting her versatility and commitment.

    Outside of work, Maria leads an active and fulfilling life. She enjoys outdoor adventures, from water and snow skiing to playing sand volleyball. A devoted wife and mother, she has been happily married for 25 years, raising three children and cherishing time spent with her large, loving extended family.

  • Joth Ricci

    Joth served Dutch Bros as president, chief executive officer and Board Member from January 2019 - January 2024 where he led the company through a 5 year strategic growth plan and IPO in September of 2021.  In his career, Joth has led several founder-built companies including Adelsheim Vineyard, Stumptown Coffee and Jones Soda. 

    In addition to his leadership in the beverage industry, Joth is the past Chairman of the Oregon Business Council, served on the State of Oregon’s Racial Justice Council and co-founded TASTE for Equity.  He also serves on the Oregon State University Food Science Advisory Council and is Vice Chairman of the Children’s Institute.  Through his work with the System, Joth is dedicated to mentoring and advising boards, organizations, leadership teams and individuals on culture, personal and organizational development, strategic planning and training.

  • Kevin Hopper

    Born and raised in Oregon, Kevin Hopper has built a career defined by his passion for learning, leadership, and the great outdoors. His journey began as an outdoor guide and educator, where he discovered the power of experiential learning. That path eventually led him to pursue advanced degrees and certifications in Organizational Leadership, Business, and Adventure Leadership from Oregon State University, Gonzaga University, and Stanford University.

    Kevin’s career took him to Stanford, California, where he served as the Associate Director of Health and Human Performance. There, he combined his love of education with a drive to help others reach their full potential. Ultimately, the pull of home brought Kevin back to Oregon, where he played a pivotal role in leading Learning and Organizational Development efforts at Dutch Bros during their successful transition to a public company.

    Today, as part of The System, Kevin continues to channel his passion for leadership and growth into helping organizations and individuals thrive. Outside of work, Kevin is a proud husband and father of two sons. He continues to give back by teaching at several universities, serving on the local tourism advisory committee, and sitting on the boards of Big City Mountaineers and the Vooks Literacy Foundation, furthering his commitment to education and the outdoors.
